Collectivization was the method of feeding the Russian citizens.
Land was pooled together in an effort to make greater the farm land and output. They were called Kolkhoz and monitored by Party Officials.
Kulaks were the wealthy peasants unhappy with this plan and had burnt land to be left not jointed.
Most Kulaks than became destined for the Gulags.
